Very poor after sales service, been months since I have been contacting them for warranty replacement of my RESMED CPAP machine in Australia and its taking a long time for them to respond, still no indication on when the machine will be replaced. Very unreliable aftersales service, please do not buy products from this website specially if you are in Australia as they are not compliant to Australian Standards.
