Cuisinart Express Oven Air Fry

Electronic timer and temperature no longer works properly – My air fryer is a few years old and I use the various components a lot. However recently the electronic dial is not working properly. It numbers jump around when I’m trying to dial temperature and times. Local appliance repair man says it can’t be fixed. I expected it to work for years and that’s why I bought a quality product!

Too Hot, too confusing to understand, – I love CUISINART, I have toaster, kettle etc and now this Express Oven Air Fryer. tried to air fryer chips, they were gross, first not cooked enough, then over cooked. We have then tried baking a few times, only little cup cakes, We can not understand and work out what we are to push and how to set to cook/air fry etc, it's very confusing, And yes thats a few adults trying. Then we have cooked 6 cupcakes, then tried to cook anoter, we was so scared the machine was going to overheat as it was burning hot, so we could only cook one lot and then let it cool down before trying again

Yes we have the booklet to read to try to understand how to use this machine, yet it is not easy to understand, so am not recommending this one, Sorry CUISINART as I love you, yet this one because of Too hot fast Too hard to understand (I will google and try to find video's on How to Air fry and bake etc I can not in good faith recommend it. I find for $444, wow not good money spent from my pension

Love it!!!! – Use it many times a day - easy to use and easy to clean. Terrific functions and doesn't take up much counter space - ditched the microwave which I only used for re-heating - this appliance does a MUCH better job - great for the morning toast too!!! Show details

whatsoever. I have been more than pleasantly surprised. This to me is the best appliance I have ever purchased. It has not skipped a beat and its done exactly what it promised.

Everything, and I mean everything that I have cooked in it turns out perfect. It takes a little trial and error to get the timing right but once you know the ins and out, its a breeze. If you haven't tried Air Fried Roast spuds then you haven't lived. Minimal oil, some rock salt and rosemary sprigs and I swear you will never cook potatoes any other way again.

We were lucky enough to get a set of cookware as a bonus which was fantastic because there are only two of us in the house and these little cake pans, roasting dishes and muffin pans are the perfect size. I wipe it down after every use so Ive never had any issues with cleaning.

just love the results. We also use it for snacking, whether they are chips ( without the excess oil ) or cheese melts . So it's a very worthwhile appliance as all my family members frequently use it, more so than the microwave.

The best thing in the kitchen – I absolutely love my air fryer, couldn’t imagine not having it. The question is, what did I do before it? I cook everything in my air fryer from chickens, toast, spring rolls, miso eggplant, bacon to reheating pizza or zucchini fritters. Fantastic...can’t live without it – Love this air fryer, we do not use our main oven anymore, the air fryer has a super quick heat up = less electricity-bonus, cooks everything evenly, we hardly use the microwave these days as it has a great reheat function. Even found my 28 year old son selling it to 10 of his mates in the kitchen. Love love love it :)

Very poor product and service from Cuisinart Australia – Product was purchased five months ago from Costco and now it starts to make loud pitch noise when doing the air frying. Called the 1800 warranty number within business hours and the rep told me no one was around and the one who responsible would call me back the next day. So I waited for a day and no one called. in the morning and the rep told me again no one would be able to talk to but she could only pass on the message and hopefully someone would call me back. I told her this happened before and no one would call. I suggested to offer my email address and someone from Cuisinart would write to me when available but the rep told me that they don't work this way. I was quite surprised to encounter such bad service and I would like to lodge a complaint to her management. She went on to say I was abusing her and hang up the phone. I never came across such poor service ever. Truly ridiculous! If there is zero star or negative star, I would definitely pick one. The one star here is not my true rating of their service. Fortunately I bought it from Costco and I will return it and have my money back.
