Great delivery time. Using the air fryer to cook bacon in a pie dish on the trivet with baking paper base, set the fryer on crisp @ 160degrees for about 20 minutes turning the bacon after 10 minutes . Does a great job with the frozen chips with the bowl set on tilt, spray a bit of olive oil & sprinkle with salt set to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Been a great buy highly recommend. Show reply

The food cooked in this retains its moisture so tastes fabulous. However, the bowl should be non stick which would make it a lot more useable. I don’t use it for small amounts due to the cleaning issue. 5 stars are still justified due to the flavour retention and ease of use. Show reply

Hi this is the first time that I am a little disappointed with a product that I have bought from your company it doesn't come to what I was expecting does not do fries the way I believe it should I seem to have problems with fresh potatoes maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong? Worked well for about 10 days then digital buttons no longer responded to touch. Communication was good and a requested return & refund was quickly organised.

Used per recommendation and burnt my frozen chips. Only thing I have had a chance to cook yet . Hopefully it gets better.
