"chips" preset setting is a bit too powerful. The quality of construction is excellent and the operation is very intuitive. Cleaning is easy. This has become my main cooking device and I would strongly recommend it.

Can cook steak evenly to med/rare perfection although you don’t pickup the tasty caramelisation like a good cast iron frypan provides.
The none stick coated tray is easily removed for washing. For excessively oily items I use a silicon liner.
In all an excellent kitchen addition that can provide meals in really quick time.

Is a good replacement for – This fryer has been a good replacement for our smaller "starter" model that broke down and needed replacing. We decided to go with a slightly larger sized model and touch screen vs dials. So far we're pleased with the features. to clean/wash vs more compact models but is still pretty quick & easy overall. If you're looking for a small step up from the starter fryer you have, this is a good alternative without moving to a monster sized fryer with unnecessary gadgets. TLDR; would recommend

Outstanding customer service – I purchased this airfryer 02/03/2024 and at first it ran great. Fast forward until about a week ago and using it several times a week, the airfryer started making a god awful noise when it was running. I emailed Asupure on a Sunday afternoon to advise of the issue and that I needed either a replacement or a refund. Not only did I receive emails… Read more · 1
back, but by 7pm they resolved the issue and confirmed they would process a replacement airfyer.
Their customer service is out of this world. I don't know what Auspure's hiring process is, but what ever it is they've nailed something no one else can do. Not did they respond to my emails quickly, they did it on a weekend and provided zero resistance or difficultly over seeking a refund or replacement like I've seen with other companies. Auspure is 100% gold standard in how to do customer service, and if you buy one of their products you can take reassurance that should a defect happen, they will make it easy to resolve.
It might be a good machine but experience with customer service was inexcusable – I order the Auspure air fryer 5.5 Litre in June 2023 and it came straight away. It looked like a good machine. I bought it for my wife's birthday in August and waited till she came back from America to try it out. They said to test it first which we did 4 times and it always came up with E1 error message "Open circuit in temperature control" I… Read more
contacted their support and they said to send them a video of us going through the procedure which I felt was unnecessary. The test took 4 minutes and the video was too large to send in an email. We sent them a photo of the error message instead. That was the last I heard from them until September 2023,
I sent numerous emails asking them to contact me to no avail. They had no phone number or a physical address listed to contact them. I gave them an ultimatum to contact me during that week or I would go to my bank with a dispute to recover my $174 . Once again no answer.
I raised the dispute with the bank which is a hassle. I don't know if the bank's action preceded their contact with me or not but Auspure profusely apologised and offered me a new machine or a full refund, I said "refund" which was promptly processed. I have since purchased a Phillips model air fryer. I was beginning to think they were scamming me but I now think they are an OK company who screwed up badly in commucation.
I don't know how good the air fryer might be because it was faulty from day one. It came with a nice recipe book which we kept as they left it to us to dispose of the faulty machine.
Wow! Just WOW! – I truly did not expect to fall in love with a kitchen appliance - but hey! took it with me on holidays! Mostly it’s me & my husband, but I’m glad I went with the 5.5L as it’s great when I have extra mouths.
There’s lots of online info re the pros & cons of air fryers, but for me it’s a game changer. My best discoveries so far…sausages, roast whole chicken, bacon, croissants. All SO easy, safe, quick, and NO HOT KITCHEN in the middle of summer!!
I would also say how glad I am that I chose Auspure. A good quality product with a 2 year guarantee; great recipe book & guide; and an Aussie company with great customer service. I ordered my air fryer & accessories & received them 3 days later - standard free delivery!

bulky but not too heavy for this 67-year-old living in a shared household. May take up primary real estate siting topside. For me... I'm in an open covered courtyard / BBQ area, which suits me just fine. Shout out to customer service - they're on to it.
Great cooker – We are very satisfied with our air fryer and highly recommend it. The only criticism is with the recipe book that is full of complicated recipes with 8 or more ingredients. Great while it lasts – I have actually written a review before for this product - after having one of the small screws fall out of the actual handle bottom basket. Now 8 months later- both small screws have fallen out of the bottom basket!! This has to be a manufacturing fault surely? I have lodged another email about the screws falling out - will see how the progress goes. UPDATE- the company contacted me and replaced the Bottom basket once again. No update on why it is happening -but pleased with the customer service follow up to ensure I was still able to use this awesome Auspure air fryer. The family use it daily and honestly we would be lost without the quick and easy functions, including how well everything turns out. Thanks to the team for rectifying the issue.
good product – We purchased this air fryer about a year ago in 2022 and have been happy with it to an extent. Its not the product itself but with air fryers in general which do not always perform that well with certain foods in cooking. tasteless unlike a conventional oven. You certainly cannot cook them dry as often claimed. Good for reheating food and also good for small pies and pastry as they come out nice and crisp unlike microwave ovens.
Cooks well and is practical – I have cooked a few meals in this including small roasts. Does a very job and cooks evenly. 190-200 degrees C, Let them cool and then enjoy). Easy to clean and I like how the cooking basket removes from the cooker. Only downside is the display on my unit is a little dim during daylight hours, at night it displays very well. Definitely would recommend to buy.
Great all round air fryer – This airfryer is so easy to use , I love the digital display. It also has a nice modern design, I love the two tone black and silver look. Very disappointed initially, prompt response from seller – Had to dispose of my 3 year old Air Fryer, was guided by the comments here to buy this one. However I am unable to report a positive outcome. Removing and replacing the basket is a major task. Very happy with my air fryer (5.5L) – Used for cooking lamb cutlets, lion chops and rump steak, beef steaks, whole chicken and omelettes so far - once I got the settings sorted it's so consistent and easy to operate and a breeze to clean. Auspure Kitchen Premium Digital Air Fryer 5.5L – It's my first air fryer. Love it, it's so easy to use and clean. It is a no brainer, the operation is very simple. I tried to cook the salmon filet in the fryer and select the "fish" function. The salmon came out perfect, I won't say it's better than the restaurant quality and it's pretty good for home cooking and it's much less effort to clean afterward comparing to normal pan fry. I'm impressed – Only disappointment is that the cover over the lock on the handle is made of brittle plastic that may not have a long life. Apart from that, every is well made, and it is easy to use. Show reply

All my dreams come true – Fantastic airfryer! Easy to operate! Cooks a variety of meals to perfection. Chicken breast is juicy and fish fillets melt in your mouth.
