Absolute crap – I have steam issuing from the machine, but it does nothing whatsoever. It is useless and I am so sorry I purchased it. I used it on the shower tiles and I may as well be spraying it with a water spray gun, no results whatsoever. Don't buy it, whatever you do. Show details
absolute rubbish – i can't give a full review of this product because it doesn't produce enough steam to even try it out, i actually can get more steam from a cup of coffee. Show details
Waste of Money – On TV the steam is very strong, perhaps I am weak or dumb or don't know what I am doing, but the steam is minimal and I can do much better job cleaning with my small Coles 2.99 hand scrubber! Show details
Disappointed – No Steam coming out- only water, No pressure- Cook top it did nothing but leave lots of water- did not lift one bit of grease Oven Door- again just left lots of water- when eventually steam did happen it did not clean, or lift grease. Absolutely Nothing like Advertised- Show details
A waste of plastic – A total waste of time and energy. The tank comes off so easily when using, I had to buy duct tape to hold the tank in position. Save your money and go back to basics using vinegar and bi-carb soda. To me the advertising on television is so misleading, you have been warned. Show details
Fantastic Mop with versatlity – I have the black H20 steam mop which for an extra amount came with a few extra attachments. I love this mop and feel it does an excellent job always leaving my floors lovely and clean. It heats up within seconds and lifts muck right off almost instantly. The attachments are wonderful and have allowed me to clean the bathroom sink, walls/skirting… Read more · 1
boards and other nooks and cranny's with ease; just as in advertisement. I use my mop approximately once every 2-3 weeks have had absolutely no problems with it. The pads are machine washable and I dedicate a pad to each room (eg: one for bathroom, separate one for kitchen) and mark the tag with a K or B to correspond to the room it is used for. The pads sold on the Danoz website are extremely expensive however I was able to purchase a set of 5 for $12 from Ebay. The H20 mop is easily stored in my laundry due to it's upright position and I love that the cord can be wrapped around the mop (and actually stays there as it's meant to). I have attempted to use the mop on the carpet with the carpet tool but have not found this to be successful as it is very hard to push; not sure if this is just me using it incorrectly or poor design. Heats up quickly and get's very hot. Attachments are versatile and useful. Does not take up much storage room. Not as good for carpet cleaning as is for hard floors. Hard to push when in carpet "mode".
Waste of good Tap water! – Waste of money. Do not buy it! It works…in the sense that the steam comes out but does no cleaning! I could get more of my shower cleaned quicker with a toothbrush! The shower doors aren't clean and sparkly and cleaning with a cloth or squeegee might work better! I got this product from Harris Scarfe, they won’t refund me as they say it works and… Read more
isn't faulty/broken. Called Danoz Direct Customer service and they said I could return it to HS and they would refund me and DD would refund them. But HS refused as it isn't in their policy to take returns on on goods that ‘work’. So DD said they can’t do anything about it as i didn't buy it from them!! I am left with $129 product that is absolute rubbish and waste of good tap water!
