Love it – I have titles down stairs and carpet upstairs it works great on both, it has different suction levels aswell which is great, you do need to empty out the container after each use, and clean it regularly it's a fairly easy vac to use I love that it catches the dust etc not like other ones where you go to remove the bag or content sucked up and it… Read more

Love this vac. Only one that actually removes all the dust – I've had my vac for 8 years and still love it. Getting old as the hose clip has broken off. Also back clip snapped off. Still perservering with it have to carry it. Only because it's so good. I would like to buy another one at a good price. Otherwise I will keep nursing old faithful. It is fairly quiet but it really works on carpet vinyl… Read more

and soft furniture.

Love the way the water traps all the dust and cannot escape. Makes a big difference to air quality.

I would highly recommend this product.

Best vac on the planet! – If you know how to use this product, you won't have a problem with it. Wet the filter first and make sure you have enough water in the tray. A dry filter when new will cause you to lose suction. My mother and I had the same system. She kept having problems and gave the vac to me. Never had an issue with the unit. Love it and have had it… Read more

for 4 years now. Will have to buy another as the clip on the hose broke and can't find a replacement, which is disappointing.

Love this product because I have dust allergies. It is the only vac on the market that doesn't leave me sneezing when I do housework.

So easy to use, if you exercise common sense when using it for the first time....which judging from previous reviewers reactions/reviews, common sense isn't as common as it once was...

Remember: if the carbon filer gets hot/drys out, the unit suction drops to tell you that. It's brilliant! Wet your carbon filter, if the unit is being used for the first time, or if it stops while you've done a lot of housework, empty the container. Duh......don't people read instructions these days? This is a fabulous piece of equipment. Highly recommended it to everyone who has dust allergies.

Now I just have to find a replacement hose so I can continue using mine!

Absolute Garbage – This unit hasn't worked properly since the day it arrived. Goes for 2 minutes then level drops to low. No suction on that setting at all. Danoz advise replace filters = spending more money on a piece of junk = 3 months waiting for parts. Done that. Still no go. Wish we had never bought it! Very disappointed. Expensive, doesn't work as advertised.

Ridiculous – I bought this thinking wow! When it arrived it was a plastic junk box! I've used mine about 4 times and it leaks water and doesn't suck like it use to. What a waste!! The commercial makes it look like a wonder the extra long hose is useless. By the time the suction gets to the head it's powerless.

The only turbo in this product is how quickly it stops sucking – Very ineffective cleaner. Even with regular emptying it loses suction too quickly. It loses power before completing a 3x3m room. I need to hold the power button on high while vacuuming (very awkward as it is down on the machine). Reservoir messy to empty. Pipes don't fit well together. An expensive waste of money.

wish i never bought it h2o turbo vac – i have never used a vacume that is such a hassel to use.The carpet ends up with water patches on it,the filter underneath was giving off a fowl smell the second time i used it,had to wait 3days for the filter to dry.Every time i use it, its just a real hassel cleaning everything out then waiting for the filter inside to dry 1 to 2 days..would highly reccomend NOT buying this vacume.
