Avoid – Was in house when we moved in. Cycles take way too long and does a poor job. Broke down after a few months. Delongi was painful to deal with. Over priced poor choice of a dishwasher. Keeps getting E4 Error, floods the kitchen, sent it in for repairs, gets fixed, repeats flooding the kitchen.

Silly basket adjustments ruin a good machine – This dishwasher was in place when I bought my house. Had to read the manual to work out how to use it, you can't work it out from the controls. The dishwasher takes a long time, 2 hours 40 minutes to complete a full wash and dry on normal cycle, but once finished the dishes are properly clean and apart from top of some coffee mugs, completely dry with very rare instances of brown spots on the cutlery.

Biggest problem is the positioning of the top rack. It is adjustable in two positions, in the high position it is too high to close with a glass in the wine glass holder, the base of the glass fouls the top of the machine. In the lower position the spray arm catches on large dinner plates, smaller entree size plates are OK. Putting tongs in the cutlery basket will also cause the spray arm to catch. The result of this is either: 1) the arm doesn't rotate so dishes aren't washed or 2) there is a continual loud knocking sound as the arm bashes the top of the plates. Either way, not good.

Adding an intermediate to the adjustment of the basket would turn this from an OK dishwasher into a good one. Washes and dries the dishes and glasses well. Can't wash large dinner plates and wine glasses in the same load.

Great Service under Waranty – I purchased this dishwasher and after using 2 times it stopped mid cycle we ran Bing Lee and they replaced with a brand new one " thank you ". After a week the next one started to do the same so we had the Service man come out and he replaced the electronics board and we have had no problems ever since. Its super fast very economical to run and super silent. Very Happy with purchase now even though it was a problem at start thanks to a great servicing warranty and quick response from service team.
