This service is really good
This is an amazing service which allows you to defer bill by essentially splitting them into different payments - so if you are whacked with a huge electricity bill (like I was for $1200 during winter), you can defer it to 3 payments of $400 over a few months for a monthly fee of $5 and Deferit pays the whole bill before its due date. WIN. That means you don't lose your early discount with the electricity company (and also don't pay late fees which are much higher than the $5/month) and it also means your credit rating remains good. There is no interest charged.
Customer service is great
I have had a great customer service experience with Deferit, I had made a wrong decision to post my first review based on not knowing how the system works out your amount you can lend, but now I understand exactly how they operate and how their system works, it is a very benificial and an easy service to use. If you have any concerns, all to need to to is ask.

when is the first payment due? i would like to use it for an unexpected pet bill but not sure if i have to have a percentage of the bill in my account on the day i submit it
Hi Nadine, the first payment is due on the day you want us to pay your bill. You can choose that date when uploading the bill. Any questions, please let us know :)
How do I reset i have never used it before I don't no the password also can I defer my rent

i'm having trouble with app - i get to - please make sure the payment options are clear and visible on your bill - i press on open camera - then - permissions - you haven't provided permission to open camera, i press ok - then nothing happens - can you advise on what i can do to fix this? Thank you.
Hi Carmel, it seems you need to give the app permission to access your camera. Assuming you are using an iPhone, please do the following:
Step 1: Go to Settings, and scroll down to the list of apps, find the deferit app.
Step 2: Tap the deferit app and you’ll see the permissions. Please enable camera permissions from here.
