Haven't even been able to use it – The inside dish is too small. I don't understand how a family of 8 could be fed from this. Ours is only a nuclear family of 4 and it is too small for us. There returns policy is also rubbish. They have limited warehouses and you need to return it to one at your own expense. This is not an easy return as advertised. DO NOT WASTE your money. are far better options out there. Whilst waiting to speak to a manager online (after waiting 3 weeks for a reply to my 2 online contact forms) I was then disconnected. Try to call back again and it just kept me on hold until the call dropped out.
Such a time saver. I love it – Had mine for two years. It was a gift. Use it average 5 times a week. All types of roast, chicken, pork, beef and all the roast vegetables too. minutes, vegies in at the same time. Also, doesn’t heat up the kitchen in the summer. I clean it with a little detergent and boiling water. Couldn’t live without it!
I've had mine for 5 years. Still cooking great chips same as day 1 I got it. Great product – Normally cook Fries in it. Any frozen fried food like spring rolls and puffs. Good for heating up food as well. Easy to clean and use. Great purchase at 279 after 5 years. Show details
Broken after second use – First I cooked some chips in it - they were okay? oven baked were better. Second time I cooked a pizza and it wasn't cooked at all.... I left it in there for double the time and the middle was still doughy. Third time - nothing. It's dead. Show details
Dead in two years of light use – Very poorly designed, noisy, slow and not fit for purpose. Limited use in any kitchen and dead after only two years of very light use. Not recommended, suggest look elsewhere if looking for dry frying kitchen wear. The design of the pan limits what can be put in the cooker and when the fan is operational, you can barely hear anyone else in the kitchen because it is so noisy. Show details
Disappointing – This product does not live up to expectation....it is basically just a chip oven, even then chips and roast veges don't come out crisp. I have tried different methods and they still come out softish! Meat and chicken comes out much better in conventional oven - don't get the deep fried taste I was hoping for so would not recommend. it is easy to use and easy clean and true that you don't need much oil.
Since seen similar product with a chip basket and rotisserie - I wish I had brought that instead as I think it would come out crisper, the delongi has no rack to sit things on so they tumble about in the bottom suiting only small items like chips.
Excellent – Very easy to use for anyone. Dishes made with less Oil taste fantastic. Made chips of various kind. Easy to clean. Would like a timer attached to this machine for auto off once done. Would recommend this product. Cakes and shallow fries are done in no time. No need to keep constant attention on it.
