Product average, service pathetic – Spent a fair bit of money on our new dishwasher, only a year or two ago. So many error codes that stop it from working and no one has any idea what they mean. Read the troubleshooting parts of the manual, didn't even have the issue listed. Rang up a technician who has no idea about it. Rang up DeLonghi and got disconnected from their line after 15 minutes of waiting. Really hard to recommend this company to any other cafe. What a shame. Show details
