Perfect – Think I purchased my fryer in 2005 or around then, it’s the best fryer I have owned and is still going stron to this day, hoping to find another like it for when it does eventually die

Purchased at The Good Guys.

excellent product deep fryer – I bought my deep fryer in 2009 and the chips cooked in it are to die for my husband will not eat chips that are cooked else ware . We like them cripsy but you must use the right potatoes I have cooked prawns in batter and fish all turned out wonderful. After 3 years I require new fillers I love my deep fryer Being able to strain the oil and store it in the fridge . easy to do in the provided container I also love the rotating basket that means all round cooking

Purchased in 2009 and it is the best deep fryer we have owned. Food comes our just the way we like it and it is so easy to clean, am just about to purchase the filters, usually wash them in hot soapy water.

purchased at: Robinvale RetraVision

Terrible – I would hope that Delonghi and the reatil outlets know about this useless product and they will then reacll these and fix!!! the problem Well it looks good and seems easy to clean Well I bought one and it would not heat up to cook the food. I took it back and got a replacement and that is the same. I will be taking it back for a refund

Terrible – This would have to be the worst appliance that I have purchased. Both foods tested in this appliance was done so following the manufacturers guidelines. Firstly, we tried to cook calamari rings at the recommended heat setting of 160 deg but after a few minutes of the food sitting in the inadequately heated oil, turned it up to the highest heat setting. The calamari rings were soggy and inedible. Next we cooked the chips, making sure that the weight of the potatoes was lower than the maximum allowed, after 25 minutes of cooking I turfed out the soggy, undercooked chips and then phoned the retailer to arrange a replacement. The problem may have been a faulty thermostat but as we are very busy we did not try a second unit - very dissapointed. The concept seemed very sound, easy clean, oil draining tube and oil filter/storage container. Did not cook food well at all. If the unit has a thermal trip the fryer is useless until a replacement mechanism is installed.
