Handy, good size, noisy, poor star rating. Works well in son's office/gaming room. Multiple settings, easy to install and can move from room to room if required. Biggest issue is that our windows are high and the air hose was to short and we have had to get extension so as we can use it comfortably and correctly. I did buy 2 though due to window height I have to return the 2nd unit. Would recommend this product if in a rental or a non permanent home.
Follow-up · Son uses it mainly on humidifier due to high humidity in QLD, the auto setting seems to function well and unless I have it set up wrong I haven’t emptied it the tube is set to feed to a bucket which has remained empty and the unit is on daily. Waiting for my electric bill to see if there is a great difference. Though just my son being comfortable is enough.

Bad service – Brought airconditioner 6 days ago window bracket to short only 93cm standard window is 120cm rang delongi 6 days ago said it will be out within 7days they haven't even ordered the part they said it will now take a extra 3 to 10 business days.i told them to express ship it they said they can't do that.i would not buy this unit if you want to use it straight out of the box as window bracket is only 93cm long.buy another brand. Also when you test these units instore they will be alot quiter than when you get them home as they are not really working at all as in store has already got their airconditioning on so your unit is basically idiling the compressor doesn't even kick in as the air is already cold so be aware when you get it home is going to be alot louder than instore. Customer service on this product is a absolute joke you buy the top model portable airconditioner and then get made to wait 3 weeks to get a part that should have been in the box from new.

Updated - Not very economical - used in a small area with door shut I noticed a major electricity bill jump. The next month I limited the use and my bill was still considerably high, but a difference was noticed when limited. Yes, it does the job but be mindful and prepared for a very big spike in power usage.
