OVERPRICED LEAKING KETTLE x 3 POOR QUALITY – I Have a kettle that i overpaid for based on the cost of other Brands, assuming Quality would come with the Name. Wrong! The Name or the price is Not living up to Expectations, The Kettle Leaks and is Dangerous sitting in water on the base. I have 3 friends experiencing the same so not a one off. What Do DeLonghi do to stand by there Products??  Show details

A total waste of money – Bought the toaster and kettle bundle in May 2015. After having such a great coffee machine and excellent customer service when it was faulty, thought I would splash out on a kettle from Delonghi. The kettle started leaking from the base about 8 months ago to the point now it leaks heavily. The switch has also become loose, not through mishandling… Read more

but just poor quality. Had a sunbeam kettle before this one and could not fault it at all. Great looking kettle and that is where the great ends. Don’t waste your hard earned money on such an inferior product.

Poor quality – Purchased this kettle & toaster set mainly for the aesthetics & display of my kitchen but unfortunately it couldn't even live up to that. I hardly use the set, but after a short time the paint started to bubble. Kettle & toaster work like any $10 brand, so save yourself the money!  Show details

Absolutely terrible – Started leaking all over kitchen bench, I believe the leak was coming from the plastic water level seal. And of course just 3months out of warranty . I took it back to Harvey Norman with my receipt(even though out of warranty) thinking they might be able to return and help me out but the exact opposite, they tested there (obviously not believing… Read more

me) and what do you know said couldn't find leak , I asked to try again and left with them as sometimes allowing to stand after boiling will leak… but said didn't leak again. Obviously they didn't fill to max line therefore water did not boil to where plastic seal had leak. Was then advised could not do anything for me virtually made to feel like I was lying with which I advised why would I waste my time coming in… Anyway not happy with DeLonghi or Harvey Norman for this Crapp product. Don't buy, will only last just after warranty expires bloody joke, for such an expensive kettle.

Terrible Two – The kettle looks great with the toaster but that's where it ends. It's noisy, the water level is not easy to read. It is heavy and awkward to tip especially when water is low the water won't come out. The spout developed a leak when it was only 18 months old. The toaster is just as bad as the element doesn't heat nor toast evenly and it takes forever to toast even when turned up to 4-5. An overpriced lemon duet. Keep your distance.

Noise level too high – We bought the kettle and matching toaster, they look so nice together on the kitchen bench. Toaster is good, the kettle is so loud when you turn it on that you have to turn up the sound on the TV. When the baby is asleep I do not want to turn it on as it will wake her up. Next time I will check out product reviews before I buy to check out sound level.

Terrible – Looks great, matches toaster & coffee machine but is hugely disappointing (as is the toaster) ... so noisy when boiling it's embarrassing, water level indicator window is difficult to read, kettle is awkward & overly heavy to lift. Kettle & toaster have put DeLonghi at the bottom of the barrel for me!
