I lost everything for and my password and I where's trying my PIN password but I don't remember And table is DGTEC DG101BIPS NUMBER 1488902377

Hi Andrea, I'm no expert, but you can try Reset. Make sure it's charged up, you may not know how much power you have because it doesn't show when charging, so charge it up via usb to computer etc. for a few hours. Unplug it and find the little hole on the bottom right of the device which says Reset. Get a needle or pin and push it in till you feel a click, you might have to fish around a bit to get the click. Once that is done you should see the DG logo on the screen. I hope it helps.

Brought 2 for our children for Christmas. 1 works fabulously the other didnt. We returned and swapped for a new one a few weeks ago only for same issues as one we replaced. Charging or lack their of is the issue.. Is it worth having replaced again or just get a refund?
