Good morning. I am receiving receipt and trips on my email from Didi but I am not using it and the name is different. I think someone is using my email on Didi. I want to remove my email in the account on Didi. Unfortunately I cannot do it since it is in Didi Australia while I am from and in the Philippines.

I booked a trip for $31 and the driver was 4 minutes away and heading towards me. Then the job was cancelled (not by me) I then immediately went back to the app and the same trip ws now $57. I had to take it because i was heading to work. How can the fare change in 30 seconds, and can Didi track my location and know somehow that i was heading to work? I usually drive but was involved in an accident last week. I go to my workplace location 6 days a week at the same times.
Why did I get charged the trip fare when no driver was available? We waited 10 mins or so for a driver to respond until the screen told us there was no driver available and try again later... It then froze but charged the the full fare. How is this allowed?
I have gone through all the trouble shooting for app and still when I request a ride it goes through the process and then plan route but doesn’t connect with any drivers anywhere

They took over $50.000 from a friend's account 2 transactions of $20.000 & $25000 plus he's been charged for over a year but he didn't know till he checked that account Didi won't help so he took it to the police they were the ones who noticed that the 2 big transactions were done by Didi
That's night right it's illegal will need to raise a dispute through your bank to have a dispute with Diddi doing that the bank should help you retrieve your money mine has when I had a minor money dispute with Temu a on line shopping app I was immediately refunded the whole amount they took as I should not of been charged for items I never bought had any awareness I did that's for shore they have cut me off from using there app now is fine were fake anyway it was just a scam what they promise to get you shopping there then come time to pay they put the payment amount up hoping the customer won't notice and still pay it with there card but come to facing there scam they ran and hide with there tail between there legs I got lucky hope you do to that's a lot of money should be charged by Police for fraud only on line it's different laws they haven't quite caught up with what is out there and what there doing
Also I had lost my debit bank card just got my centerlink pension of $600;someone found it and used it to spend $170 on line on a air b nb police said cause it was done on the internet they couldn't do much or charge them for fraud as the law hadn't gotten to create some form of protection for those affected by internet crime so criminals are ripping people off and getting away with so I'm saying cause it happened on the internet you may not get your money back they may win and you would be forced into a small claims dispute in cival court hope this helps talk to your bank still though aye can still help they did me

We used your app to book a Didi ride and 2 drivers accepted and have now cancelled on us. We have been waiting for 20 mins, what is up with that crap. Could have rather taken a bus which went past??

Hi Gary, You mentioned Sunday 20th September, I only work Mon - Friday 2 am - 9 am I DID NOT WORK ON THAT DAY Due to a Riders Complaint?, I have been dr-registered and NO LONGER WITH DIDI after more than 2500 trips with a 5-star rating?? As a DIDI Driver, drivers cannot change or charge the Rider more than what the DIDI App states, the Drivers have absolutely no control over the charges. Gary, please understand that if you were the Rider that caused my DIDI demise and Licence to become CANCELLED, I am extremely disappointed, as I have and always have been available to refund whatever you feel that you were overcharged, I am a Retired Mech Engineer and simply drive to beat the boredom, I do not work for the money.
My only advice would be to not use Didi and stick with Uber. I have only heard negative feedback from drivers & riders that use Didi. There customer service and platform is appalling and they give little to no support to their drivers

Hi Charlie, I was a DIDI Driver (Brisbane Australia) and unfortunateley had nothing to do with "Rider" Charges.... You may have initially booked your trip and you may have re-booked the first trip not realising that you had already booked the first job. That phone number doesn't even connect lol What a scam company charging for trips that didi cancel on you!! Will never use them again I will stick with uber.
