The worst instructions ever!! – When all else fails, read the instructions! With this product, don't waste your time. The instructions suck. The photos are useless and I have a headset that won't connect. I am not a IT guru so I need simple and effective instructions. These are useless.

Purchased in at Jaycar Electronics for $134.

Not happy – Won’t charge properly leave charging all day and when I go to use headphones they only last about four minutes then the red light comes on the receiver and then no volume . I only purchased these headphones for weeks ago and they have only worked twice. Very disappointed

Excellent headphones for watching tv but take care when using two headphones – I bought one set of headphones and found they were easy to set up. The sound is much better than listening to tv with my soundbar since the voices are clearer, your can set the volume to your own level and the stereo is well defined. With these headphone there is no reason to buy any additional speakers for your tv. However, when I bought a second set of headphones for my wife, crackling appeared after about an hour and occasionally after only a few minutes. Tried various fixes from the internet for wireless headphones without success but eventually solved the problem by disconnecting power from the second base set. It must have been sending a signal which distorted the signal from the main base set connected to the tv sound output.

Great headphones to watch TV while blocking out noisy neighbours – The ONLY reason I got these headphones is to block out my very noisy neighbours and still hear the TV. I looked online at models with Bluetooth - apparently not good for watching TV as there can be an audio lag; and noise cancelling - aren't good for people with tinnitus, so went in store to get help. The salesman recommended these for my needs but I'd never heard of the brand. The set up instructions are unintelligible and that's why I've given them 4 stars instead of 5. Luckily, I told the salesman the model of TV I have and he recommended using the optical cable to connect to the TV, and to set the TV audio to optical, otherwise I'd never have figured it out with the instructions supplied. The headphones themselves are light and very comfortable to wear - 9/10. I've watched movies, music videos on YouTube, the news etc, and the audio quality is much better than I expected for $149 headphones - 8/10. They have a volume control on the headphones. They charge on the base station in between use. They are wireless so you can walk around the house but they also include a 3.5mm stereo audio cable to connect direct to the audio source if you prefer. These solved my problem of noisy neighbours and were reasonably priced, so I'm very happy!
