All Good so far – At first use I was a bit surprised at how cool it wasn't, but after 5 or so minutes it became colder. Then I became disappointed as I realised I may not be able to use it for my guest bedroom when someone sleeps over due to the noise of it. Perhaps they are all this loud but I was a bit surprised at how loud. If you're a heavy sleeper you may be able to sleep through it but no way for others. The exhaust fits in the window well but I felt I had to be careful with the whole exhaust system as it seems it would be an easy thing to break somewhere, though I think all portable AC systems have similar. Overall it seems to work well though I haven't had it long & it is very easy to operate. The energy rating looks a bit weird, they either forgot to fill it in or it has a really bad rating. (see photo) But it's all good so far & does a good job of cooling down an average size room.
