Yes, it is stuck on 30 or 29 in the cooling mode.

Hi Morteza, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described you may want to check the timer as this will turn it off automatically. If not it may that it is overheating. Last to check is the location of the air conditioner and running temperature within the manual instructions. Thanks

As per the manual you can try the below: Problem Cause Solution: The air conditioner does not operate. -No power supply >Connect to a functioning power supply socket and switch on. -Error code E4 or water drain warning indictor is displayed, indicating the internal water container is full > Empty the internal water container. -The start timer function is active > Press the POWER button to deactivate the TIMER function. Thanks for nothing, yous are the makers and warranty supplier you should know if they are alright after sitting around for more then 5yrs , your sale office said the gas would have evaporated, the local installer said moisture may have damaged the circuit boards and you say contact the people selling old warehouse stock as new setting you up for 5yrs of warranty call outs, thanks again, don't worry I'm getting my money back and will never buy dimplex

Where do I find the drain tray? I can’t see it anywhere

They do have a plug to empty the water that I connect a hose with just not a drip tray.

Hi Pam, The DC15RCBW is a 4.4W Reverse Cycle Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier. Please refer to your electricity provider for your kilowatt per hour cost and then multiply it by 4.4 and that will give you the cost per hour to run this machine.

Hello Nato, Assuming the following> *that the unit is set for cooling rather than either dehumidify or heating ie displaying the snowflake symbol *that the display is holding solid (rather than continuing to flash as it will until the compressor engages) *the exhaust hose is placed correctly so that the hot air is being vented outside *the unit is being operated on a flat, firm surface with the drain plug in place *filters are clean with no dirt or particulates visible *air inlet and outlets are clear and unblocked *the unit is not situated in direct sunlight *the room being cooled is closed up as much as possible ie doors & windows closed, blinds/ curtains drawn etc If all the above are true and cold air cannot be felt coming from the front vents, you are able to return your product to the store for replacement within the 24 month warranty period offered by the manufacturer (as long you can verify purchase details by showing original invoice).

Hello Drew Please ensure that the unit is run on a firm and level surface with the drain plug fitted at all times. Also ensure that the filters are clean with no dust or particulates present around the air intake of the appliance. The internal water reservoir may become full if you are experiencing especially humid weather, if this is the case, you should ensure that this is emptied when the relevant symbol/ error code is displayed. Mine is 4yr old unit just started doing the same. Minimal water coming out of the lower plug, but the unit is leaking from underneath and it’s more water than I’ve ever seen from the normal draining. It’s like a flood. I’d estimate about 10- 20 litres of water depending on how long it’s on for. No info in the troubleshooting guide either. Should the top drain (6 in the guide) be emptied as well?

Hi Ness2018. The drain hose in the exhaust tube is only in model DC12RC so not relevant to your model if it is the DC15. If you have followed the advise above and the unit is still leaking perhaps you could take it to a small appliance repair or air conditioning repairer in your area to investigate further.

Hi Janry, Please take your DC15 back to place of purchase with the purchase receipt and they will be able to replace it for you provided you are still within the 2 year warranty period
