DJI Mavic Air 2

Not had any problem – Used it over a number of occasions and for my first drone I’m happy. I’m also cautious and do not go far. Recommend regular updates and when taking off let it hover to update the home position. Great camera and had some amazing shots. Battery life isn’t bad but I got the fly more pack and am happy with the purchase

Faulty after 1.83hr fly. Needs repair. No warranty – Bought just over a year ago. Barely have used it. I took it out for flight yesterday and I noticed it’s giving an error of ESC which means electronic speed control when I search on Google I noticed that it’s really serious error And needs a repair. I talk to DJI help desk and they said i need to send it to repair center in Victoria to repair it at my own cost. my drone has had no incident and no accident at all. it still looks like brand new with no scratch on it. only has done 1.83 hours flight time. it’s a shame that it needs repair and costs me only after 1.83hr flight.

Brand new in the box DJI genuine battery – Fast delivery, professional service, never had a problem when ordering from them product description is accurate. Charged battery and it preformed perfectly I’m running out of things to say to get 30 word minimum.

Stalled and died – Had it for a month and it worked perfectly well. Then randomly it stalled and fell from the sky. After that it kept doing it. After sending it back for repairs, DJI sent it on to the wrong address and now it needs to be sent back to DJI again for it to be sent on to me. It took 3 weeks of constant emails to get their attention on this and still, it's at the wrong post office and nothing has happened... I still don't have it. Verdict, don't risk your money on this as its very pricy and clearly faulty. If you need support, don't expect it. But, when it worked, it was an incredible. But from this experience I won't purchase a DJI drone again.
