Steve called twice to assess and repair our aircon. He was on time, very pleasant, knew what he was doing and offered some helpful general aircon advice as well. Even more impressive was his reduction in the price he originally quoted via email before he'd looked at the job. He didn't have to do that, we wouldn't have known. Well deserved five stars.
