This is a scam website claiming to be the "Official Store" for the Korean brand Dr. Melaxin. However, the products are made and shipped from China. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I was able to refund the items and receive a full refund, including return shipping. This website is a scam for the following reasons: 1) It keeps changing their… Read more

website URL and customer contact email address; 2) I never received an order confirmation or any response from their customer service; 3) The products are not made and shipped from Korea (Dr Melaxin is a Korean brand); 4) The return shipping address provided was a residential apartment in Brazil.

I strongly recommended avoiding purchases from this merchant!
