advertised to lay flat, the size of the motor prevents it from actually fitting under furniture or my range cooker. Additionally, the square head makes it difficult to reach into awkward corners. These limitations mean I still have to use a secondary vacuum for a truly thorough clean.
The mopping function is also best suited for surface refreshes. Because the system is limited to cold or lukewarm water, the floors don't quite get that "deep clean" feel, requiring a traditional mop for heavier tasks. I’m happy to keep the appliance for its convenience, but I do wish more thought had been given to these practical ergonomics.

missing parts including the charger which you can’t buy online. So I’ve been emailing back and forward for well over 7-8 months now. First after many months of having NO STOCK OF A CHARGER it was agreed they would replace the whole unit. Then months pass and guess what NO STOCK AVAILABLE so again after months of emails they agree to provide a refund as the supplier closed down. In writing this was agreed. Then after continued emails they then decided I had to go back to the supplier who does not operate and this was advised many times. So we are back to square one 7-8 months later where I get the same email saying my case has been escalated. And still nothing. I can buy the same unit online with Dreame but they have no stock to replace my unit (go figure I can repurchase one online but they have no stock to return one back to me they owe me) because they didn’t return the charger and other parts on the beginning. I’ve tried calling and after 30 seconds the call just drops out. This is the most disgusting service I’ve ever had from a company and so here we are 7-8 months later and I still don’t have the vaccum cleaner. When it was agreed to replace the unit I had to deliver the vaccum without the charger and parts to their wharehouse in Malaga which was done over 2 months ago so I don’t even have the vaccum I purchased they have it somewhere. Please please be warned their after service is a complete disgrace. I even told them I’d report them to the ACCC and seek legal advice and that made no difference to the standard escalated emails which continue without a clear response. Same replies each time. Either their staff have no morals or they just use a BOT to respond and no one is actually working there. Horrible experience and yes still no vaccum floor cleaner is held by me. R3PY9AA1B8B And Daphne is the person I am dealing with you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is a confusing fight for service and return or refund of my vaccum floor cleaner. Again it’s been 9 months without any outcome so far as they keep changing the goal posts and still nothing other than your email has been escalated. Shame on you Dreame

We are loving this machine. It is stunning how much dirt it picks up from our wood floors and bathroom tiles. which is worrying as i am concerned i will damage the lid. It is a hard job to do if you are not really strong. I agree with other reviews that the dirty water tank would benefit from a better screen to collect hair and debris. But otherwise we are very happy with the machine and will continue to battle with the dirty water tank lid!

I am loving the Dreame H12 Pro so far. It's way better than the Bissell and EUFY hard floor cleaners I've owned in the past. It's quiet, cleans the floors easily even though there is dog hair everywhere. It doesn't clog up like the others ones I've had, and the battery is amazing. in under 30 minutes with plenty of battery to spare. The self cleaning works well and it's easy to empty and refill. Love it!
Received this Dreame H 12 Pro , it is faulty , A1 tells me I havent filled up the clean water container, which I had of course. Dreame want me to return for repair. I have not used it only just out of the box. I have read bad reviews of how they treat their customers and often they do not get their machines back after having taken them for repairs. After purchase the product was fine for few months. After 6 months of use it started giving bad smell all over the house after mopping. After 1 year of use its not functioning. Overall this is an amazing mop/vaccum that has replaced the task of filling up a mop bucket or using a spray mop that just ends up pushing around dirty water. While I would not recommend for it's original RRP of >$1000, it is now retailing for around $400-500 and is well worth the price. clean and a spray mop for spot messes and this has replaced both. Being a vaccum/mop also means we don't have to vaccumm before mopping now. The noise level when in use is similar to a vaccum.
Positive features: - Easy setup and instructions mean you can essentially turn it on and go - Being able to leave it on charge so it can be grabbed whenever it's needed for spot cleans - Run time of ~35 mins (we have a 3x2 townhouse and can easily cover the entire floor) - Self clean/dry function: means you do not have to remove the mop head and clean it each time, and cleans the mop head very effectively. This cycle is loud, but only lasts a few minutes. The self-drying ensures the mop head does not get mouldy. - Stain autodetect: automatically detects dirtier sections of floor and boosts the cleaning over it. - Powered movement assists greatly when you have a large area - Can be used on carpets: while this is not a dedicated carpet cleaner and will not remove stains, we often use it to initially mop up spills before scrubbing the carpet/rug to get remove stains out. - Comes with a stand/docking station that holds the accessories.
Cons - The biggest is that the dirty water tank has no internal filter/strainer. This means you end up with a tank full of dirty water and bits of debris (hair/clumps ect), but there is no way to pour out the dirty water and then clean out the debris. - Has a piece of hard plastic on the mop head to help collect water off the floor (like a squeegee) but this has small lines in it that leave lines across the floor. - Long hair gets clogged inside the machine, so this often requires dedicated cleaning (it does come with cleaning acessories to do this).
Surprisingly brilliant for hardfloors – Works exceptionally well at mopping floors. I love not having to vacuum then mop, it does it all at once. Making sure the dirty water container is clean each time isn't too hard but definitely required. Show details · 1
Why did I not buy it ages ago! – I half expected it to be bulky and a bit difficult to maneuver. But, I was pleasantly surprised that it just rolls through easily covering good area mopping and cleaning the hard floors. It's my newest favourite cleaning tool replacing the trusty Dyson cordless. Does not disappoint – I always thought my hard wood and laminate flooring were clean. Vacuumed and mopped on a very regular basis, with two cats and a dog, and a lot of foot traffic. an added bonus. I have three Autistic family members, who do not handle loud noises very well and can often cause sensory meltdowns. The only time it is loud is when it's doing a self clean, it doesn't last long. My dog finds it all very confusing, when the roller brush is drying, and barks at it.
My friend owns another very well known brand, which costs far more than this one. She has experienced rust inside her machine, and it's less that 6mths old. Dreame was more in my budget range, and does a far better job.
