Dreame H15 pro wet & dry vacuum cleaner is quite heavy. It’s the pulling back that’s heavy . Very easy to remove the dirty tank as well as cleaning , it’s easier than i thought. So far am happy with Dreame H15 pro. Show reply
Bought two units for two houses and cannot connect to the Dreame App on either. Some software bug that needs to be fixed. Mop works well but not being able to connect the app means the volume of notifications are extremely load even on the lowest manual setting.
Ordered through there website and trying to get my invoice but seems like it is something very hard and I don’t know why ? The product looks nice I say” looks” I have not been able to connect the vaccum to the app , seems to have connections issues. Once all sorted maybe I might finally enjoy this vaccum ?

Can I give a review less than 1 star. This company is horrible. What irks is they sell an expensive rubbish for an item that doesn’t work. I complained about this and then I was asked to return the item so I get refunded. This item was returned, only to be serviced by a “repairer” and sent back to me. Bare in mind, I have chased them… Read more
continuously for my refund and got silence, only to see a delivery at my door step of the same item that doesnt work.
I even sent a video as proof but still nothing. An item that was gotten less than 60 days ago. Dreame tech, you guys are jokers.
You better refund me my item and not sell to me trash of an item cos I am not backing down.

i thought for $1200 it would do better but honestly its a maintenance device that would keep up with cleamliness rather than any good at removing dirt on tiles flooring. i went back to the makita drill with a brush head and some pink stuff to clean. 10mins with makita, done. 30mins with this and hand not scratched the surface. expensive POS with a 2.4Ghz wifi radio. so funny.
