DO NOT BUY – I bought this machine in November and left water everywhere. Would return to the dock and really is completely useless. Have been trying to return it for almost 2 1/2 months and the customer service is just beyond appalling.!! Show details

Product didn’t last full year – Product died, the company is a nightmare to deal with. Refusing the provide a refund. Will replace on the provision I pay for the return. They won’t send a replacement, until they already receive the faulty one Show details

Screwed over by the software update which made it useless – I bought this a while ago but Dreame put out a compulsory update which made the robot vacuum totally useless.

This is perfect for me – best use for carpet and tiles as well. Since I bought this I have less issues with dust allergies. I will recommend the Dyson's product for best results. Battery does not last longer though. Show details ·  1

Fantastic little unit for the money – Having used a cheap Kmart cordless vacuum for ages, this felt like a massive upgrade. Suction is mind blowing for such a small piece of equipment! i have a smallish house but it easily gets it all done, its much more suited to hard floors than carpets. Show reply

Lasts 3 minutes – We use it for cleaning laminate flooring. Last 3 minutes on high than overheats shuts down. Can not replace battery on v10. Not much good after 3 minutes, than waiting 5 minutes to go another round of 3 minutes.  Show details

Excellent value for money – I bought both the carpet and hardfloor heads for the vacuum to suit my needs. The amount of dirt and dust it picked up from the carpet after using my corded dyson vacuum was incredible. is very good for a stick vacuum, and although i have owned for over a year now it hasn't lost any power. I do however wait 20-30 mins after using the vacuum to allow the battery to cool down before charging as this helps to extend battery life. As a housesitter I have used a few dyson stick vacuums over the years and xiaomi has a much longer battery and is comparable in build quality and feel. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

Great Stick Vac – This is a great alternative to other well know stick Vac's I love Xioami's build quality on this product and the packaging is great, not likely to get damaged in transit. catchment big is big enough to do at least 4-5 rooms obviously assuming you clean often enough.

I would not hesitate to buy again. The unit seems to last a good amount of time even on high, about 30 minutes on High, 1 hour on Standard

an excellent job on carpet and hard floors. Battery life is good, I can give our fairly large house the once over on a single charge on the medium setting. On the whole I would say it's comparable with a Dyson for a third of the price. Time will tell if it has the same longevity of our 5 year old Dyson. Fingers crossed.

This is awesome, make my duty easier!! – Good stuff, good price, can cleaning my unit so easy and quick. Now I like to cleaning room, living room, car and I can help my gf to clean her place. Very easy n handy!

Love it – I purchased this vacuum for my daughter. to make her houseeork easier. She has become a carer and her days are very busy. She loves this vacuum as it is do light and easy to use.

Above expectations – I read multiple reviews about this vacuum and was happy enough to proceed with a purchase. It was delivered very close to it's ETA provided, which I was happy with. The vacuum is powerful, light weight and extremely simply to setup. Changing the heads is a simple task and the carpet head is amazing for my rugs, where the soft head works really well for my wooden floors. I couldn't ask for more from a vacuum.

Excellent product – A little heavier than my old Kogan cheapie, but superior in every other way. Great suction, quiet, nice appearance, and built to last. It came at a heavily discounted price, too.

Very good – After changing the vacuum head I can now use the vacuum on the tiled floor and the carpet. After filling the canister on my first vacuum I am sure I will need to do it again and find that hidden dust and dirt

Poor battery life, ok suction – Machine has plenty of attachments and the like, and suction is fine when on the highest setting, however battery life is quite poor. Item was sent back to Gearbite initially who deemed it a hardware issue, swapped out the battery for a new one, however even with the new battery it runs for 15 minutes tops, well below the stated run time. An ok purchase if you find it on sale.

Works a treat – Using mostly on hard floors works average on carpet so would recommend getting the carpet head which works well, we get around 30min on the medium setting which works for most of our needs, Only gripe my wife has is the trigger does not lock and you have to hold it the whole time you are vacuuming, I believe this has been updated for the v11. wife is only small and finds it very easy to use as it is not heavy and the motorised head helps move the vacuum along.

occasionally had to up it to the max setting for the more persistent or heavier pieces. Enough battery on medium to do our 4 bedroom/2 living home, and does it well enough that we can push out using the big vac to only once or twice a month.

Love the product!!! – Really like the Dreame V10. Looks good, suction was good, battery life was amazing. The only negative is that I will have to keep pressing the button to vaccum which can hurts the hand alittle

Powerful – Extremely powerful and effective. Do get the carpet head (its an add-on) and it will clean your carpet like a dream. Overall, super impressed with how all the heads work on reaching difficult corners to suck all the dirt.

Love it! – Great vacuum. Highly recommended. No complaints with it yet. Used it nearly every day for a month - 3 big inside dogs & our home is surrounded by little stones that continuously get inside. Mats are doghair free. We need to use boost mode to suck up little stones up the neck occasionally, just a quick boost for a sec, not continuously. Good buy!

Extremely impressed! – I absolutely love this vacuum! Picks up so much more dust and fine particles compared to my corded dyson. Battery life is amazing and can make it around my 2 bedroom (mostly) carpet house on medium power with plenty of battery to spare. Also fantastic for the car!
