As of March 6th 2019, Dux is offering each reviewer a Parts and Labour Warranty Extension from one year to three years to their customers to encourage them to write a positive or a negative review. It is possible that reviews were written by customers who received such a reward.
I will never buy a Dux again
My Dux Sunpro 305 Solar Water Heater leaked (frost valve) on it's second, forth, sixth, eight & tenth year. Each time this happened it cost me $400 to fix, plus a large water bill. Dux was not interested in finding out why this was happening. All they cared about was if the unit was still under warranty, and were very rude. The system has just sprung a huge leak 1 month after replacing the frost valve for the 5th time.
I have had enough and are now replacing it with a different brand.
Purchased in March 2010.
"DUX" products means "WORST" products !
Very bad experience i got with Dux solar water heater, i bought new house in Oct- 2012 and this system was there to give me lot of financial pain, from 2012 to Dec-2018 i paid almost $ 1000 to repair this crap product, and again today 31-03-2020 i got problem so, i have to keep $ 300-400 to feed this system, please keep away from Dux products, it will give you lots of stress financial burden.
