Great vacuum efficiency, good improvements over previous generation V8 model. Wet spill mop head works great. The trigger design is absolutely terrible though, older designs had a flat trigger drawing lots of complaints, it's now curved but so small and very uncomfortable unless held by a small child. Not acceptable for a premium price device :(

Unfortunate that the new design on/off switch did not make it to the new V9 Submarine model and I'm sure it cannot be retrofitted. I cannot spend more on a different (current) model so guess I'll just live with it.
