sold a door ramp which wasn’t compatible with what we bought.
Contacted customer service two weeks ago and they STILL hasn’t resolved our issues and keep answering one item but not others and trying to say they are rust marks when the pictures are CLEARLY rusted and peeling.
Also EASY shed? Not at all, be prepared to spend at least a whole weekend putting together and need at least three people for larger sheds to put roof on.
Worst experience ever. Shame as the the materials seem to be good quality (apart from strut).
Good looking shed – This was a good buy as this line was discontinued. I paid an installer to erect it and 1 panel was incorrect which he picked up from the supplier and returned to finish the installation a few days later. not pick it up. However, it was finally erected and I am very happy with the shed, it is a good looking shed with plenty of light from skylight, is spacious and cool too, a great place to do things in.
