Love our new sofa... just a plus that it is convertible to a bed..it has firm matress and exactly what i am looking for..

I really wanted to love this sofa bed. It looks stylish, and the under-seat storage is a great idea. The overall concept is solid — but the design is fundamentally flawed. The base constantly slides away from the backrest. Every time you sit or lean back, the back cushions slip, pushing the whole structure apart. It’s not a one-off — it happens every single time, making it a frustrating daily experience. I’m constantly getting up to push the couch back together.

As a bed, it’s even worse. The gap between sections becomes obvious and widens as you sleep, so you end up stuck in the middle, squished between the cushions. It’s uncomfortable and impractical.

I’ve had it for 4–5 months, and I’m already looking for a replacement. My mother-in-law bought the same one at the same time, and she’s having the exact same issues.

This isn’t a one-off defect — it’s a clear design flaw. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The Ecosa Dune Sofa Bed arrived in 4 boxes, the main pieces are simple to put together, the heaviest part being the foam inserts which are in a vacuum sealed type packaging. The sofa/bed is comfortable, especially with the large cushions at the back. The storage under the couch is handy and perfect to store pillows and blankets. The bed is also easy to set up, a bit of weight in the section that pulls out but easy enough to set up, the 2 sections both have enough room to lay down on each side - to avoid the gap, can a blanket as a topper to make a bit more comfortable.
