improve comfort as a sofa, the backrest is quite soft. This makes it very comfortable when used as a sofa, but once it’s converted into a bed, that same softness makes the lower half of the bed feel noticeably softer and less supportive.

out and it belongs in the garbage. Uncomfortable, badly design and equally poor quality product that should have never passed any form of reputable quality control. As a sofa it's lousy and a bed not suitable either. We only kept it this long as bedding for the dogs but it's taking too much space and the dogs have better beds than this so called "sofa bed" shame on Emma Sleep for swindling money from customers for such a subpar product.

Assembly was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions, though the couch is quite heavy — it’s definitely easier with an extra pair of hands. It took us 20 minutes to set it up.

The quality is impressive, and it’s very comfortable to sit on. The back cushions once it's puffed up(from the packaging) , it can be bit bulky and can take up some seat space, so I usually place them on the sides like armrests, which works well for me.

My cat has already started scratching the couch, but so far it’s holding up nicely!

fundamentally flawed.

The base constantly slides away from the backrest. Every time you sit or lean back, the back cushions slip, pushing the whole structure apart. It’s not a one-off — it happens every single time, making it a frustrating daily experience. I’m constantly getting up to push the couch back together.

As a bed, it’s even worse. The gap between sections becomes obvious and widens as you sleep, so you end up stuck in the middle, squished between the cushions. It’s uncomfortable and impractical.

I’ve had it for 4–5 months, and I’m already looking for a replacement. My mother-in-law bought the same one at the same time, and she’s having the exact same issues.

This isn’t a one-off defect — it’s a clear design flaw. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Plumping is required as maintenance. Does not meet consumer guarantee act. "Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the product must be of acceptable quality and durable. In this case, the cushions are not maintaining their shape or support for a reasonable period, and therefore do not meet those guarantees." we will fight this

Not the best one for me unfortunately – After breaking in after 10 nights, we could feel springs poking up, spring noises everytime you move, fairly small for 2 people, makes indent marks on carpet when folded out. Show details
