Packaged item is easy to store (though dense and heavy).
We got two Omni Sofas Each module had a different issue- one was minor and the other a defect. Both times we interacted with several members of the Ecosa support time. All the support members were great to deal with. In particular - responsive - timely - professional - clear explanations

Looks great and fits in well into our study and is comfortable to sleep on

Really happy with the Ecosa Omni Modular Sofa Bed! It’s comfortable, looks great, and was really easy to set up. My only doubt is how well the material will hold up with two boys (3 and 6). Let’s see how it goes as they grow! So far, so good.Overall, so far I’m happy with the purchase.

The fact that it's interchangeable in my space makes it so fantastic. Really comfy too! I love that I can make it into two seperate couches or one big L-shape! It's really easy to change into a bed too. Great for my small apartment.
