Fast delivery and excellent service! The item was delivered all the way into my apartment on the 3rd floor — and there’s no lift, so I really appreciated that extra effort. Assembly was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions, though the couch is quite heavy — it’s definitely easier with an extra pair of hands. It took us 20 minutes to set it up.
The quality is impressive, and it’s very comfortable to sit on. The back cushions once it's puffed up(from the packaging) , it can be bit bulky and can take up some seat space, so I usually place them on the sides like armrests, which works well for me.
My cat has already started scratching the couch, but so far it’s holding up nicely!

Absolutely incredible, so comfy to sit on. Wonderful to lay on. Perfect addition to the lounge when you have extra guests for the night. Surprisingly easy to assemble.

Ordered the sofa on Friday and it arrived the following business day which was Monday. There is a lot of packaging and we had to order a skip since our recycling is only collected fortnightly. The product itself is a generous 1.5 seater but it's also very bulky. It's very comfortable to sit on but only OK to sleep on. Probably wouldn't buy this to sleep on everyday but alright to get by every now and then for naps. Materials seem like good quality.

Hinges around the wrong way – Chair is great but one question- why were the hinges put on the side panels around the wrong way , well on one of the arms it is , for a job that should have taken 5 minutes to put together it took 3 days to put together so confusing, not happy at all with the manufacturing side of the sofa bed , I spent a lot of money on this product I would expect the manufacturing side would be basic and not so confusing, no happy at all
