bed but its great (yet to sleep on it though). You can feel the join a little, so we bought a topper which is perfect. Customer service is impressive also. We had a query we sent 9pm on a monday night and it was resolved before 8am the next day.

The sofa bed has the right amount of firmness/softness to sit on. The 1.5 seater is the perfect size for 1 adult and 1 child to sit on comfortably. The arms are angled perfectly that it’s easy to lay across it and drape your legs over one side. It is so easy to set up as a sofa bed that my 4 year old can set it up! It’s comfortable to sleep on and so convenient in our lounge room. Highly recommend! Show reply

Would love to say it’s a wonderful sofa bed… but we are still waiting. Have two boxes… waiting on two? Why are they shipped separately? The first two were delivered over a week ago. Multiple faulty pieces – Had two faulty parts delivered, extremely slow customer service too. After receiving a couch with a faulty back rest I spent weeks getting a new one delivered only to find out it was faulty as well. Great sofa – Good choice. Great delivery, easy-peasy to assemble. The arctic blue colour is lovely and the fabric looks very qualitative and cat-claw proof. Really easy to convert to bed as well. Perfect and looks amazing – Easy to assemble with clear instructions. I ordered the Queen size and managed assembly by myself but the mattress was a little heavy. Couch mode is Firm but that's comfortable for us. Haven't had guest use the bed mode yet but it's so easy to set up Show details ·  1

Excellent – Easy enough for one person to put together once I slotted in the armrests. Looks good and comfortable as a sofa and, although just a little bit hard as a bed it’s nothing a mattress topper wouldn’t fix. Missing parts though the sofa feels lovely – The Tokyo Sofa Bed feels great and looks great. I cannot comment on the experience of sitting and lounging on it as it was delivered with missing parts. It was an arduous process to follow up regarding the missing parts with very little communication to keep me in the loop about when the parts would be dispatched - this was time and effort on my end.
