Edifier C2XD

No mids – I bought the about a year ago go use in my small apartment, unfortunately when watching movies you couldn't hear people talking or anything that wasn't high pitched or bassy. I tried different movies, different settings on different sources (PC/TV/DVD) and the only way to hear the mids was to have it turned to max but then the bass and trebble are too lout and my neighbours would complain.
It was disappointing as the units build and features are nice but sadly the poor audio and inability to adjust midrange was its downfall.
I contacted Harvey Norman and they told me to bring it in for a refund which was kind of them.
I ended up purchasing a pair of Microlab Solo 6C speakers and highly recommend them, for 2.0 speakers they have more bass than most 2.1 systems in the same price range and the sound quality is unbelievably good. I will probably purchase Microlab Solo 7C or higher when I move from a apartment to a house.
Unfortunately this experience has put me off trying any other Edifier products for good.
