Edifier S3000Pro

Edifier S3000pro speakers...wow – Well, now I know the specs say it goes down to 38hz...cool story Edifier, got me...they actually go down to 23hz! Audible! I know that sounds ridiculous, and honestly, the sound out of the box is good, the best DSP mode is Dynamic, and second is Vocal...look, all in all, if you want high quality speakers, I think these are your best bet at getting real sound to your ears. Just buy them, you won't regret it. I have them hooked up to my computer through USB, and they have been running now for 2 weeks without any problems what so ever. I did EQ them a good amount, but it's all pretty much room noise. JUST, BUY THEM. DO IT!

Worth Every Cent! – I recently purchased the R2000DB and was very surprised by how good they sound for the $200. I then found the S3000pro on special and throught I'd give them a try. As good as the RB2000's sounded these things blow them away, the clarity of vocals is outstanding with deep rich bass that's not too boomy. They sound amazing at super low volumes and could rock a house party with ease. IMO they sound better then many HI-FI systems worth double or triple the price that I've heard.

Awesome speakers, awesome sound – I am so very happy with these S3000PRO speakers. They are cheap, but they are quality and deliver truly awesome sound, that has really surprised me (although I had heard about the S1000DB before I made the decision of purchasing these to have a try). It's clean, balanced, detailed and powerful sound, which I think can be easily comparable to that of some of those 4, 5 thousand dollar hi-fi bookshelf speakers that I listened to in store. Better than my own 4-way JBL L890 (Cyrus CDi + Sony STR-K1600), with amazingly equally powerful though I think entertainingly warmer and more comfortable bass to my taste for hi-fi speakers. They are truly a monster of a speaker, small size huge energy! I am also getting a pair of professional Genelec 8050B monitor speakers to make things simple without using external amplifiers. Anyway, I truly do think they are such awesome speakers for the price.
