Best for Eczema – This cream was the only thing that cleared my baby’s eczema on his face, it took a little less than a week but the eczema was so bad. I was so impressed and wish this cream was more readily available

Purchased in for $5.95.

Egozite works – My baby boy had very bad nappy rash and our doctor recommended this cream. So we gave it a go and it worked! The rash was gone the next day. Absolutely love the Egozite nappy cream. I just wish it was easier to get hold of at the usual shops.

Egozite Fail – My pharmacist recommended this for my daughter who had some eczema and dribble rash as a barrier cream. I did a spot test on her arm, as you do with every new cream, and there was no effect and so used on her substantial dribble rash and was horrified! Within 24hrs she had an angry red rash across her chest that was hot and peeling! It was like it burnt her. And even now after a month of moisturising her skin is still discoloured in that area.

I don't even know how this got past standardised testing to make it to be baby safe. I would recommend staying away from this for any child. Yes, my baby has sensitive skin, but all baby's skin is new and sensitive. Good Grief.

No good for baby's skin or as any kind of barrier cream.

Good – We used this when baby was only 4 weeks old, fixed up his facial rash, although it took about a week. When used in conjunction with sorbolene, it works a treat (but patience is needed). Be careful around the eyes. Gentle enough to use on baby's face. It settled my baby's eczema, saving us from having to use cortisone. Can be drying, so once facial rash is quiet (not red, angry or welty), use sorbolene to finish off the healing. Must be careful around the eye area, so we were very worried when baby started to rub his little face when the cream was on his cheeks.
