Good solid product for the price – As a cheaper smart TV this is great value for money. Set up is easy and has most of the features/apps you could want, including Google voice search. It looks smart with the near frameless screen and even when watching faster sports content pixelation is pretty good compared to others I have owned. Blacks are nearly black rather than a fizzy grey you sometimes get on cheaper TVs. Sound is as you'd expect from this price bracket, but again certainly not as bad as some I have experienced and paid a lot more for. To get the best from the TV get a stand alone soundbar with separate sub-woofer.

Purchased in at Big W Retail Stores for $699.

It was great to start, 6 months in it's barely usable – I bought this TV just over 6 months ago. It was AMAZING out of the box, the quality was brilliant and it was quick. I had none of the problems listed on this site. Now? It's so slow, it freezes, it lags, the apps crash, it's painful. I have reset the TV back to factory settings about 3 or 4 times now. I have to unplug it regularly because it freezes. It's barely usable. I'm not sure what to do with it, it's a glorified paperweight by this stage.

Purchased an EKO 75 inch TV from big W. It lasted 14 months. Just stopped working. So returned it to big W and they replaced it with the same. This one lasted exactly 5 months and three days. Not only a EKO TVs absolute rubbish also very poor quality of finish. Have since purchased an AWAI TV and at this stage I’m very happy with it these of installation and quality of picture. Show details

Worst TV I’ve ever owned. Stay away from EKO all together. Remote doesn’t work as it should. Tv lags tremendously and I’m always waiting for it to catch up. It’s an absolute joke.

 Follow-up  · I do not want to waste my time with this TV review. It’s cheap and nasty and I do not recommend it. Go for the known brands we know and love and you won’t have issues. EKO is trash!

service many times to get an answer. I haven’t received an proper answer to any of my emails and I had to call them several times to follow up on my case. After 3 weeks of following up with them, they eventually said I need to pay $386 to get it fixed:) not even providing me with a reason why this has happened without only 2 years of use. From the beginning I didn’t expect it to work forever but I think it’s reasonable to expect a brand new Tv to work for a fair few years with no problem. I don’t recommend this Tv at all, it’s a total waste of money and seems like the company even doesn’t care enough to protect its reputation and brand name.

The first time i was using it , it was running for around an hour when it turned itself off, i didn't think much of it , but soon found out it was going to be a regular problem. happening they told me to return it to the store for an exchange. I returned it to big w and was told they would send it away to the manufacturers , i asked how long it would take and they said at least 3 weeks. I asked if they had a replacement tv and they said no. I was not going to wait 3 weeks as i was going in for surgery a few days later and wanted a tv to use while i recovered ended up bringing it home. About a month later the tv started showing vertical lines after it was on for a little while , the tv had to be turned off for at least an hour and then the lines would go away. So i still have the tv, but it is now out of warranty. Its a good thing i dont watch tv much. A waste of money and time. I do not recommend buying from big w or this brand of tv. Over all the tv is sub par , i found the different setting for picture , sound etc to be very lacking. The apps work sometimes,but the apps are lagging and it is far easier just to have the apps on the phone and cast them to the tv. The casting works well for apps like netflix, and youtube. The speakers are ok but pair it with a soundbar and it is much better. I found the amount of HDMI and USB to be good.

Yes some of the blacks are not true blacks and there is a slight amount of blooming noticeable when playing in a dark room. So far so good – Just purchased from Big W as replacement, found it easy to set up, works well so far whilst streaming, picture quality is quite good, especially for the price, speakers are ok, but after reading previous reviews it does seem the way to go by adding soundbar. I don't recommend it to anyone – I would less than one star, if it was possible. There's nothing good about it. The image and sound are terrible, the connectivity isn't great. Even way older TVs had better connectivity with Chromecast for example. As a "smart TV', in theory you wouldn't need Chromecast, right? But if you don't use it, the internet will keep dropping off. gave up of both. The only way it was usable was connecting it as monitor to my computer, which is not great because the image quality is awful. The graphical user interface is also really bad. And when you are trying to watch something, it just turns itself off without any reason. If you go to sleep and don't unplug it from the wall it will just randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night, or you will come back home, and it will be on. I checked and rechecked the settings and there's no timer or energy saving settings on. The question is, how they manage to keep this company on the market?

Internet Connection Issurs – Not happy. Internet connection keeps dropping out about every 2 days. Another brand doesn't have that problem. Have to reset the unit, reload internet, set up apps all to have to repeat that the next or a day or 2 later.
