my only for of entertainment.I have had No t.v for a week and being on a centrelink payment I can not afford even a second hand t.v so wrong for a company to rip off anyone but when it's a person that can not afford another t.v im so angry will make sure to let everyone know Not to buy this brand ever!!!

 Follow-up  · T.v was never replaced by company they did not care at all simply told me sequence of turning off t.v then hold volume and plug straight back in which I had already done multiple times.Company should be held accountable for selling faulty products

email & phone always been given same answer waiting for parts, in fact they never ordered a new remote until 10 days ago & I am still waiting. I have been given fake information time and time again!!! I am disabled and rely on having a TV in my home for company - stay clear of this company !!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY - died just a few weeks after the 1 year warranty. Screen is totally covered in lines – TV has worked perfectly since we bought it just over a year ago. The Android TV has to be reset to factory defaults once as it had slowed down SO much, but apart from that it's worked well. Up until today when out of the blue the screen is totally corrupted with lines all over it. Show details

Horrible – Ive had this tv for almost 12 months. In that time it glitches and freezes to the point that i have to switch it off at the wall and switch it back on just for it to work again. After a few uses, the volume doesnt show up on screen when your turning vol up or down..Now all of a sudden its got lines all through it i can hardly make out whats on the screen. Im so disappointed. Will never buy eko pruducts again. Show details

Crap TV. Do not buy – As I have since read reviews and seen someone else had a similar problem. Not even 3 weeks after purchase the screen has lines through it. And big w don't make it easy for returns purchased online. Show details

TV, tried unplugging the power overnight even drained the power from the TV by holding the power on after unplugging the TV all to no avail the DVD player still operates so the screen is still working, the casting used to work fine from the phone never had an issue.......guess we will revive the Sharp TV and keep on watching that and use the chrome caster....would I buy an EKO again NO would I recommend this product NO however I would certainly take notice of what people have said here and buy something a little better stupid me for not checking this site before purchasing.

Lasted 2 days!!! – Not impressed and absolutely disappointed. Was working ok for 2 nights then went to turn it on today and the remote wasn't working, tried new batteries, same thing. flickering would stop then it came up with ANDROID RECOVERY message (see pic below). Wont recommend to anyone, need this fixed or please give me a refund.

Horizontal line on screen – Bought an EKO 58" 4K ULTRA HD smart TV, $699 at BIG W in Morwell VIC, and have had it for about a month and a thin HORIZONTAL black line has appeared several inches below the center of the screen, that doesn't touch the sides of the TV by a few inches. Called BIG W, will be taking it back to be replaced. Other than that, TV has worked fine for what i need. Show details
