How do you set the radio and turn down toe alarm. It’s way to loud and find the instructions useless
The instructions are not completely useless, but you have to read them carefully. I keep the instructions under my clock radio. Without them I would be lost!

How do you change the volume of the alarm radio - it’s too loud and trying to lower the sound only turns it all off only to have it loud again the next time it goes off

How do you actually turn the alarm off please, other than the snooze button?
I think that you would have to set the alarm to "off." That would mean that, if you wanted the alarm to come on again next day, you would have to re-set it again.
Thank you but what I meant was, when the alarm goes off and wakes you up, how do you turn it off???

If ALM1 or ALM2 is set, and you want to turn it OFF, press repeatedly until indicator light turns off.

How do you change from 24hr mode to am/pm mode

There is no AM reset the alarm about six times no AM PM yea
Well if there is an AM then it is not that great at explaining the instructions. Believe me I read it and read it still couldn't find AM the clock is ridiculous also a torch at night
