I purchased 2 of these tvs on sale couldn't go past the price, 1 75 inch and 1 65 inch sadly to say the quality is poor, hence the price the TVs only lasted just over a yr then died one after the other. Not worth even the good price. Show details
Don't waste your money – Bought tv on the 30/12/2023 returned 1/01/2024. The tv wifi is so slow. The tv freezes wish I read the reviews before lagging it to my place

Don’t buy don’t be fooled by price – Worst product ever, made the mistake of buying 2 due to the low price. But both remotes became faulty and the don’t allow any universal remote to work with their TVs both useless now unless you deal with their horrible customer service to buy an expensive one from them directly. This tv is garbage – The tv drops out of apps and the picture just goes off for no reason but the sound is there. You have told others to reset, but you can’t because the screen keeps going blank. Looks like others that have said 2 years is the life of the tv are correct. It’s sad that companies don’t make products that last, it seems they are made to make it to the end of warranty then stop working. Show details

Tv will only last 2 years – I really suggest not to purchase this brand of television. I bought the top model twice now to have them both stop working just past warranty. I have contacted support for this company and they want nothing to do with me as my warranty ran out 1 month ago and then TV black screen happened. they will not help me. What a company hey they must rely on the TV just lasting long enough to outlast the warranty. I gave the company a chance to fix the issue but instead they abandoned their customer which was quite disappointing. The funny thing is I bought from BigW and they agree with me and have offered a refund so thank god at least BigW sticks by their customers and I will also be leaving reviews with them encouraging them to find a new TV supplier as this one EKO does not make quality products and refuses to take responsibility for its poor quality products.

Excellent value – Picture quality is great for the money. Android TV is very fast (for now), and all apps load quick. The Bluetooth remote is something I never knew I needed, but it's great to not have to worry about pointing the remote at the TV. Show details
Can’t turn TV on – We got ours yesterday & am happy with the pictures, however the sound is no of great quality. BUT my issue is the tv will only turn on by turning the power point off & then crack on. We can’t turn it on with the remote nor manual on/off button. Great TV when on sale – I purchased this TV when it was on sale just recently. Prior to purchasing the unit I was reluctant to, due to the significant number of negative reivews on here. quite as vibrant as the Sony, but its really not that much worse.
- For anyones interest, the TV features a Mediatek M7332 processor with 2GB of ram. The TV is running Andorid TV 10 out of the box. Im doubtfull it will ever see Android 11 update for it.
- The specs state it supports 802.11 b/g/n wifi. Whilst the N stanard can support 5Ghz, on this TV it only supports 2.4Ghz. Given the likely cost to include 5ghz, I consider this very ordinary. Fortunately I am using the Ethernet port on the unit, so wifi is irrelevant for me.
Overall the manufacturer did cheap out with the wifi & what it looks like the processor on this unit. It does however run Android 10 relatively well with not too much noticeable lag. Bluetooth works quite well on it, which I thnk is a hard requirement from Google to have bluetooth if you run Android TV 10 (Could be wrong there)
In Summary: I purchased this TV for $899. At that price point its definitely excellent bang for buck. So much so, I'd rather pocket the over $2000 I've saved buying this TV than purchasing a a Sony 75" X90H. The picture improvement definitely doesn't justify the extra spend (IMHO), just so long as it doesn't go faulty in a few months time... Fingers crossed.

Stopped working 5 weeks after purchasing it – I wouldn’t recommend anyone touch this brand with a 10 foot pole. place of purchase and reporting this company to the ACCC for selling goods not fit for purpose. The returns representative at the store said it’s the third Eko tv they’ve had stop working this month. Defective merchandise and nonexistent overseas based customer support means avoid this brand at all costs!!
