Electrolux DX403SB / DX403WB

OK – Good dishwasher but not sure if I would buy this one again. I was told it was quite but I think it's not. Good dishwasher easy to use even my children can use it. Easy to stack and most things have a place for you to put them. A little too noisy and even though we clean the filters out 2-3 times a week it seems to not clean very well.

OK – This dishwasher has worked well for me for two years and six months. It does do a good job of washing dishes - they come out clean first time. However, the element seems to have gone on mine after only two years and six months and it is no longer in warranty. I think that a dishwasher that costs around $1000 should work for longer than that without fault. Not terribly impressed. Looks good, dishes cleaned well. Mine has broken only six months out of warranty - not so happy about that.

There is no really quick wash program - most take about an hour and a half.

Good – Good design and reasonable durability value for money - I would go round again with this brand as overall its a good performer I like the finish and the ease of controls, the attachment to stabilise it is good and the concealed heater element Heater element (or its controler) failed after 3 years (new one $48) leaked water but that proved to be a dead mouse caught in the door sill!!!
