Terrible – A useless product supported by useless customer service. Unreliable and expensive! Made in Italy or not...a big mistake! Don't repeat it! Within one month of being professionally installed, the speed setting control failed, giving you only top speed... which mind you is extremely noisy! Electrolux customer service is [censored word removed]! The only solution was to remove the entire unit... which given was enclose in an canopy was not practical!

Lesson... never buy Electrolux or any of its rebadged products again!
