Have had this item for just over 12 months and the battery now only lasts for a few minutes at best. Purchased from Retravision however they do not carry parts so I contacted the company they use for repairs in Wangara. I was told that they do have a replacement battery on the shelf but it would cost $239.00. The most pathetic part is the battery warranty is only 3months from date of purchase. Safe to say we wont be replacing the battery or buying Electrolux.

Good afternoon, feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with the battery performance and the difficulties you encountered when seeking a replacement. I understand how disappointing it must be for the battery to no longer meet expectations after just over 12 months, as well as your concern regarding the replacement cost and warranty period. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we would like the opportunity to review your case further and see if there is anything we can do to assist.
If you’re open to it, please provide your product details and contact information so we can investigate this matter and discuss possible options with you.
