waste of money – My Eletrolux fridge has had problems after problems. First it was the water dispenser, then the control panel, now the ice try is leaking resulting in the ice dispenser not working. Then there is the dispensed 'cold' water which is not cold. What a pile of rubbish. If it had not cost me fortune l would have left it on the side of the road for rubbish collection.

Reliable product – Fridge has been reliable and hasnt missed a beat since new. Only issue was some small cracks starting to develop in plastic interior lining one month outside 2 year warrant. Electrolux replaced the entire fridge under warranty. Had to wait 9 weeks for new stock but a small price to pay considering the outcome. Thanks Electrolux, fantastic product and customer service. My faith in Aussie manufacturing has been restored.
Bought from Master Chullora on 3/1/2015, Missing parts and Electrolux shows no responsibility and wo – Bought from Maters Chullora on 3/1/2015 and got delivery on 5/1/2015, missing parts and the important part is the external water filter fitting kit, model ESE6077SF serial number 23522457, Electrolux rang back claiming that the serial no has been used before and i have to pay for the parts to be sent fro $100 or so. I do not know if this will alos cause me a problem for the 2 years' manufactures' warranty if anythign happens during the first 2 years from 3/1/205. I have boutht the 3 years extended warranty with the Masters and the total warranty expires on 5/1/2020.
Do I need to approach the fair trading to get this solved for the manufacturers warranty?
Hi Sally, All the issues have been subsequently solved and i have got a few correspondences from Electrolux which were all positive and and i ahve since got what i have missed formt he initial delivery and i have since then install the SBS Fridge including the water filter kids and are running well and we have got the first batch of ice cubes.
It sounds all good at this moment.
I must thank your Electrolux team to get on with my request so quickly to sort out the probem with me.
It is a great product and performs well now.

2.5 years old, compresser stuffed – Yep, another unhappy ower, just out of warranty and compressor is stuffed. Seems to be a common problem, yet Electrolux are washing their hands of it. Pretty poor for a $3k fridge. Hopefully this tread will start to affect their sales eg people stop buying their fridges.
