How do I operate both ovens at the same time
Say you are heating the top oven and when it reaches the temperature you have set just press select for the bottom oven and put in what you want and temp , works for me.

I stumbled upon this by accident and regularly use both ovens at once now especially when the family are over.
In a normal fashion - I do not wait for reheating one until I use the other - once you set your temperature and other selection on one oven, just select via button another oven and select your choice of settings there. Works for me. One think I had an issue with is that if I had washing machine on, fridge, cook top and oven on, and started ironing, I tripped the electricity. So i had an electrician wire it on a separate circuit..

Our lower oven door has come off and we cant replace it as the metal hinge mechanism on the oven (not door) wont budge. Is there a way of moving them so we can replace the door.

We have just installed our oven and were wondering the same as a few others..how do you get both ovens to operate at the same time? It appears this question is being ignored. I bought this model specifically with the purpose of using both at the same time.
Can you please advise how both ovens can be used at same time? And different temperatures, one grilling one baking etc.
I cleaned the grill and it no longer works. Each time I set a cooking function and then OK it states the grill door is open and the cooking function will not start. I have done a factory reset and still the same. Can you sort this out please.
Hi - the top handle of the oven door has come off. looks like the spacers have simply shattered after only a few years. How do I refit the handle?

I have three lights. 2 in top and one in bottom. Only one of the top light work. Is there a way to turn off and on or do I need to replace globes. If so what globe do I buy.

My oven has locked for some unknown reason and I can't unlock it
Same here on brand new electrolux evep series oven a few days old. Oven door is stuck open as pyro lock is stuck down. I reset the software in the menu and powered off at mains to no effect. Electrolux support say they can not help and need to send technician to confirm the lock is down despite photo (10 days wait). Will be refunding this under ACL as it is not acceptable quality especially when a search shows it is a comon problem that support should know about.

Easy , when one oven has reached the desired temperature just set the other up .
Can both ovens be used together? If so - how does one put into action ?

The back wall plate that covers the fan has fallen off- The screws are still in the plate, however, the holes in the back wall are completely eroded away, and the screws will not secure - Can this be repaired as the unit is 6 years old and still has product care warranty?

How do I set the clock so that it always stays on
I found it!! Open functions scroll to settings, press clock and follow instructions
Ours has been on for the two plus years we have owned it… to set clock then…Turn oven On>Select the Function:”User Prefs” >Ok>“Set Clock” >Ok> Then set your hours and minutes and when that is done, the clock is set (press OK). Hope that helps, otherwise there might be an issue with your oven?

volume only goes to number 10. It is not really loud enough

My oven door locks are on with the doors in the open position preventing the doors from shutting completely

Started cooking a roast with temp probe inserted. Oven started heating up then after a few minutes stopped. No power, nothing happening. No indicator lights coming on. Installed December 2021.
