Terrible – Same same. Had full E Line Electrolux appliances put in our new home. The oven has been repaired many times. It has never heated up properly. Repair men charge a fortune. Same with the EX601SC dishwasher. Shocking quality and yet expensive. I will never buy Electrolux anything again. Going to bite the bullet and replace the whole blinking lot.  Show details

So disappointed and annoyed – I also have electrolux oven, cooktop and dishwasher - all not very old. All not very good quality - broken handles, knobs, dial writing wearing off, seals not working properly, etc. Different model dishwasher ESL66010, but the same issues ongoing. We had repairs done in warranty and then as soon as it was out of warranty more issues. We have also… Read more

had parts replaced as it was leaking under the machine (and we did not know until it had overloaded the sensors), which made a mess of our floor - as you can imagine. Not terribly good service either for these issues and since we live rurally all repairs need to have the items taken out and transported (by us) over an hour away, We now have the same error code 60 (which is what bought me to this page), and sporadic working, but I don't know what that means as it isn't an error listed in the manual. We will never buy electrolux again. I am so disappointed as none of the items were cheap to buy. Buyer beware!

Terribly disappointed with Electrolux (deserves 0 stars) – Our family have horribly been let down by the lack of quality of Electrolux appliances. As with Jacki and others, we purchased a complete kitchen of Electrolux e-line appliances (Dishwasher, Oven, Cooktop, Range hood and Microwave). Within its warranty period our EX601SC dishwasher started leaking water and slightly damaged our recently renovated… Read more

kitchen’s cabinetry. It was taken away and repaired. However it failed again, just out of warranty this time, at a cost to our family of approx. $300. That was about a year ago and now it has failed us for a third time and is leaking again and is no longer heating. It was not a cheap dishwasher and we expected better. We are looking at purchasing a different brand and would advise anyone considering Electrolux to do the same.

Very Dissapointed – WE purchased this dishwasher understanding that it was a good brand (not the case). We have had our dishwasher model number EX601SC for 4years and 3 months. We have been told that it will cast 590.00 to replace the computer board in the door and if this is being done we should also have the motor and thermostat checked and or replaced. We are… Read more

extremely dissapointed with the product as we also have all other eline products to match in the new kitchen. We certainly won't be purchasing any more electrolux appliances as the oven door hinges are continuing to have to be replaced and the microwave has cracked on the door. Very poor quality

Lol, at least Electrolux are consistent – Have to laugh, our dishwasher is an Electrolux EX601SC as well, and is also about 4 years old and also doesn't work. But on the bright side it matches our Electrolux oven which was put in at the same time as the dishwasher and also doesn't work. Don't bother with one of your lame replies either Electrolux unless you are willing to replace with no… Read more

strings attached. It's obvious you are making inferior products as I have two in my kitchen. Just waiting for the hot plates and range hood to go as well then will replace the lot with a better brand.

Disappointing! As not a cheap dishwasher – We have this dishwasher too it is 4yrs old and the same thing has happened to ours (it won't heat up). We have been quoted around $500 to $600 to fix with new motor and possible new power board. I am very disappointed as you would expect a dishwasher which costs this much to last longer then 4 yrs, but I see they don't make these ones anymore… Read more

so maybe that is saying something. Which is also really frustrating as we have the whole E-Line range in our kitchen and now the dishwasher won't match. Looks good Doesn't last very long.

Never purchase Electrolux again – We purchased this dishwasher back in December 2008 for $1200 it was installed in Jan 2009. By May 2011 it had stopped heating so we had a lengthy argument with Electrolux and our local Good Guys store about repairing it. Electrolux finally agreed to supply the part and we paid for the labour. Within 18 months the same part went again. As we could… Read more

not afford to replace it (local quote for repair was $500+) we have been running this dishwasher on our own solar (which gets it clean but of course cannot dry it) on the heavy cycle. I think a consumer should be able to expect more than 3 years out of a $1200 machine. Thumbs down Electrolux!! Spend more on quality than advertising. Word of mouth (or should I say power of the internet) is amazing!! It looks good...hah Poor quality, difficult to get warranty service. Expensive repair. $1200 and need to be repaired every 18 months!

Very disappointed – This was a replacement machine for a Westinghouse which had broken down with its warranty. Ironically this machine has also just stopped working. The door handle fell off within 6 months and the machine does not give a great clean. It is now flashing an error 60 message and it looks like we'll need a new machine as this is now out of warranty. … Read more

Would not buy an Electrolux again. Stainless finish Flimsy handle and broke down totally within 2.5 years of purchase.
