I luv mine – Have had mine for 8 years now. Still works fine as long as you spray onto a towel before you first use it if its been sitting for a while. Made my own replacement cloths and have not needed any thing else replaced. Cost me $50 brand new at a clearance sale. Best $50 I ever spent. Reliable and has been great at removing odours from naughty pets on… Read more
my carpets. Lasted 8yrs so far with no extra cost. A lot of water at the start if you dont spray on a towel 1st till the steam comes through.
Excellent – Overall a great product. Fantastic in the kitchen, bathroom and for cleaning windows. Particulary good at grouting and de-greasing. Also good for onerous task of dunny cleaning. Pretty good on hard surface floors. Not particularly fussed with the upholstery cleaning abilities. Although it can be slow - it is very effective and takes all the… Read more
hard work out. Brilliant clean without the use of chemicals. Great for MOST surfaces. Don't like the upholstery attachment and the long extension has a tendency to 'bleed' steam. Can be slow to do the job.
Terrible – a good utensil but costs the earth in spares should something break and chances of this are great because plastic pieces are poxy and poorly designed Ok this worked for me for a while and is a great cleaning utility to have BUT Byers beware parts imposible to track down after a years usage the head clips broke off 80 bucks later 2 years on the nozzle assemblt broke ITEM scrapped spares impossibly expensive
Terrible – Would not buy Electrolux again. Paid premium price for product (that is hardly used. Also bought a vacuum cleaner (same brand, same problem!). Does the job - no need for expensive floor cleaning products Had mine for over six years. Lead had to be replaced. Had to argue with Electrolux to get replaced (just out of warranty). Lead has since frayed again. Too expensive to replace and hard to find parts. Now held together with duck tape!
OK – It was very good for cleaning the floors, tiles and windows but the fitings are a bit cumbersome for finer work. Holds a fair amount of steam for the size of the tank. After cleaning the floor is virtually dry. Not very stable when being pulled by the hose for it doen't take much to tip it over. It stopped working today when I was cleaning the tiles as it rolled over again now it won't work. It's 3 years old, I wounder if Electrolux will fix it?
Terrible – it makes a very expensive mop as the other attachments don't work because the hose is very long and by the time the steam gets to the end it is only hot at the tip so needs to be very close to clean. Also the hose handle gets very hot to hold. good for mopping the other attachments don't work
Good – If u want some thing that works, and is goen to save you time then i would say that the steamer is the ideal product for you, works well, doesnt take long to heat the steam up, also dosent take long to clean the floors. no streaks Little water bottle, how ever if you have a floor size over 18 squares then u may have to refill.
OK – A nice little machine that has it uses I like yellow. Easy to use and you can have a coffee as the water heats up. Ideal for kitchen and bathroom floors and have used to clean balcony glass panels Waiting for the water to heat up - but hey you can have a coffee
