Won’t start – I’ve done all the troubleshooting shooting. I’ve rang your support line and text. Still waiting for an answer as why it won’t start?

Dishwasher died just months after the 2 years warranty expired! – I had a dishwasher EDW62SS installed in July 2015. It stopped working recently and the tradesman said it has a control board problem and not worthy fixing! It is only 2 and a half years old and just months over the 2 years warranty. I expect a well made dishwasher should be trouble free for at least 5 years! I am disappointed with the product.  Show details

Pretty disappointed – Less than 6 months out of 2 year warranty and the 'wash motor' has died, stopping the whole machine. Still waiting for a return call for a price to replace motor, but guessing probably going to be cheaper to buy another (not Emilia) machine. Guess that's why they make them that way...  Show details

Reliable and good value, does the job well – We bought this for our rental property and we have not received a complaint from our tenant who regularly use the dishwasher. Bought the washer in 2015 and it still going and still looks good. I like the stainless steel finish which is easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth with dishwashing liquid and ammonia. The price is very good which included installation and removal of the old unit.  Show details

Great dishwasher – Great dishwasher at a very reasonable price. Much quieter than better known brands of dishwasher I've had. cleans dishes well on long cycles drys them well too.Quick wash really is only a rinse and doesn't dry at all. I bought this product on line and did not have to pay a big delivery fee. Very pleased with the purchase  Show details

Good dishwasher – This is a great dishwasher, good capacity, thin walls and light door (plenty of space) yet not noisy. Cleans really well. My previous SMEG dishwasher used to fail a lot due to thin drain pipe however this one doesn't care and even if the sink pipe gets clogged it just fills the sink (powerful pumps). However in the last 2 years it broke twice. Glemgas was quick to fix it. So only buy with a good warranty period.  Show reply

Can't believe how good it is – This is one of the cheapest dishwashers on the market...I paid only $449 It washes and dries the best of any of my previous dishwashers...So happy

Must have got a bad one – I needed to replace my long term Dishlex dishwasher and as the kids have moved out of home wanted something simple, not too expensive and did a good job. The reviews I read were good, the price was good ($499) so I went ahead. The machine looks attractive when installed. When I opened the door, it was much, much smaller than my old… Read more

machine, even though it is a 12 p/s, but I could live with that. First couple of washes were OK, not great, but OK, although some dishes were still wet, even after leaving the door open. I have 28cm dishes and these were too big to fit in the bottom when the upper basket was in the lower position, so I needed to raise the basket. When the top basket was raised to the upper level, there was not enough room to open the side flaps and they caught on the top of the machine, meaning that it was difficult to put cup and glasses in. I think I could have taken the side flaps off, but I didn't. Within a week each time I pulled the top basket out the locking mechanism on the side of the basket kept coming out meaning the basket would drop. I didn't have anything heavy in there, just cups and glasses. This was not only annoying but potentially damaging. The bottom basket / tray was very lightweight and kept coming off the door guide when pulling it out.

The supplier I bought it from agreed for me to return the dishwasher as it was within their return period. I paid an extra $190 for another brand which is much sturdier and doing a much better job.

I might have just been unlucky with the one I got. By comparison with others it was cheap, and I guess you get what you pay for. Although, we bought another cheap one for an investment property it has been great!

I'm not saying it's terrible, but I wouldn't consider this brand / product again

Wouldn't buy Emelia again – Our 18 month old EDW62SS doesn't heat the water hot enough to dissolve the wax on dishwasher cleaner! And never has either. We have gone back to washing by hand as the machine will not clean dishes, Came as a package in our new home, had a lot of issues with the oven, which touch wood is now soughted after we requested a new unit.

Great! – Such a cheap machine I wasn't sure if I'd made the right choice, but, it's fantastic. I bought it from Appliances for $414 and that's including delivery and removal of my old machine! It cleans really well. I'm using a gel in the machine and rinse aid and everything is sparkling clean. It has a fast program (30mins and no drying) and a normal… Read more ·  3

and heavy wash. I've been using the normal wash program and I do quickly rinse my dishes first. It also has an indicator on the door to tell you when to add more rinse aid. It easily takes my very large dinner plates.

It was easy to instal (I did it myself) and overall I'm very happy with it. It looks great in my kitchen too (looks more expensive than it is) and it's quiet. Great price, stainless steel, quiet, easy to instal & washed really well. The top shelf section for mugs/glasses is a bit short - so mugs etc don't sit perfectly, they are bigger than the space allocated (I hope that makes sense!) But it's not a big deal.
