dissolve more effectively when placed directly in the base of the tub rather than in the dispenser. Once you do that, the cleaning performance is fine.

Not a good product – So many things wrong with this dishwasher. If your dinner plates are bigger than a side plate size it will not get clean as the rotating washing assembly can not go over the plates. It will not take tablets in the dispenser. Dreadful ! – My dishwasher is only 20 months old supplied by the builder of my brand new unit and it has spat the dummy . Useless piece of crap it stops halfway through a cycle and flashes at the 90 minute picture telling me I gave an over flow problem . I hardly use the thing . Not happy ! Time for a better brand I think .

It broke after a few washes but we got a replacement – This machine broke a week after we received it they said the problem was with the handling. It took three weeks for the technician to come in and diagnose the failure and it took 5 weeks in totatl for the machine to be replaced.

Hate it – I bought the Emilia dishwasher model EDW63SS 7 days ago and i HATE it .Had i known you couldn't use the extra dry option on the quick wash cycle i would not have bought it the plates are soaking .If i wanted to dry dishes i would not get a dishwasher .I don't want to run this noisy machine for 90 minutes to have dry dishes .If i could send it back i would and would purchase a dearer quieter model .So disappointed . Show details

Bit disappointing in most cycles – Cleans and dry's well only in Intensive other cycles are not good at all food bits left on what is in the dishwasher bottom tray comes out often and hard to put back in Show details

Very happy to start with, then it all went downhill – I was really happy with the unit to start with, good cycles, easy to use, and as my first ever dishwasher, I was happy. I am now very unhappy with this dishwasher, and think after four visits, a replacement is all that would satisfy me.

Love it – This dishwasher does a perfect job. I set it to wash during sunlight hours so the solar is active and it hasn't failed. Love that the racks are adjustable so if I have alot of small items on the bottom I can lower the top one or if I have dinner plates etc in the bottom I just adjust the top one up so the water spinner doesn't hit and get stuck. Don't bother – We purchased this dishwasher and it was great. Very quiet, washes dishes well, large gap for the top rack that fits drink bottles. then took over 2 weeks to contact me. The technician was terribly unprofessional and dishwasher remains unusable. The technician and inconvenience alone for how long this process is taking is enough for me to Never purchase or recommend an Emilia product again.
