Booked a travel package with this company and later discovered I had been enrolled into an ongoing monthly membership subscription that had been charging my card since September 2025. While the company states the terms were accepted during checkout, the recurring subscription arrangement was not presented clearly or in a transparent manner. When I contacted customer support, they did cancel the membership promptly and confirmed no further charges would occur. However, they refused to provide any refund for the charges already processed, despite me explaining I did not knowingly intend to sign up to an ongoing membership.

My advice to others is to avoid booking through this company and to monitor your bank statements carefully after making any purchase.

Disappointing experience overall.

Do not use, misleading information. Needed a twin room for myself and my elderly mother. Was provided a small Micro room. Happy to pay extra for an upgrade, the hotel reception provided a very comparable quote, however could not cIhange the booking as it was through Endless Luxury. Endless luxury refused to provide options for an upgrade, refused to work with the hotel or myself to find a solution. Ended up having to book another room directly though the hotel for my elderly mother, which they charged the same type of room for less then Endless Luxury. ALWAYS book directly with the hotel and don't fall for these gimmicks.

Promised 1 of 3 hotels and when purchased the 3 nights ended up with a 3 star hotel that wasn’t part of the advertising. Had to upgrade to another room because we were going to be put in a micro room. A bed only with a very small bathroom . I did try to connect with the company and was told this was because I booked at a very busy time . There was no such disclosure that this was going to be a possibility. Not honest and no integrity. There is also a fee each month firca subscription. I cancelled this .. not wanting to deal with liars .

I engaged in their promo on Facebook, I thought I was getting a discount rate for a 3 night holiday but in the end it cost me 30% to 70% more for the reservation I made through their booking engine. I asked the hotel the price if I booked dirrect and it was about $800.00 aud less than what endless luxury charged me.. I brought this up with them when I was trying to cancel everything.. They told me the rates change all the time, yet I searched for the same dates with the same room and found consistently the rates were much less. They are in some kind of partnership with Accor and they must be able to control pricing to a point. Luckily I was able to cancel my membership within the 3 day period so wasn't stung for more slight of hand. They say you can get a holiday for the cost of daily cleaning, but I checked Bali and the cleaning would have been more than the 3 star accommodation they offered. It's a confidence trick. Glad to see the end of it.

Follow-up  · Endless Luxury gave me a full refund after I presented my argument through VISA.

Great hotel deals if you travel very frequently. I was getting only a choice of one hotel. Maybe this was because it was in a smaller city in Australia. Because it was booked over a weekend, there is a charge of $78 (aud) per day for two days. The Friday and Saturday. Besides that charge, the booking was for a few months ahead, so to keep that booking current and valid, you have to pay nearly $10 a month.
