appalling quality, and appalling customer support that involved in illegal conduct of business – Never buy Enerdrive. There are so many users on the social media circulating how good they are. Maybe marketing is good hiring many sales representatives. My experience: 16.11.2023 Item arrived from Redfleet, and installed. 17.11.2023 Advised unbearable high pitched noise. Both sent to Redfleet, and Enerdrive by email. Called Enerdrive but customer support (on that day, pressed 2) did not answer call but accepting voice messages

Warranty support is appalling. Attempted many calls and left many voice messages, but all are unanswered. If you don’t believe, just try calling them today.

They are also involved in illegal consumer business activities with resellers for not replacing and refund by forced me to seek manufacturer solution which is against Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty support involved in open choices on tracking or non-tracking return for replacement item, and now although determined faulty by Enerdrive, my replacement item is still not delivered!

Enerdrive revealed only when item arrived at their location to be tested, will they send replacement item after I sent it back!

I will try get a Victron instead.

Will have to file a charge back eventually
